Mark Ent was born in Topeka and has strong ties to the community, having lived in the area for more than 30 years. He spent his school years in Nebraska before enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps after high school, where he served four years with the 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion. Mark worked as a hair stylist for 25 years and owned and operated his own salon, then shifted his focus in 2017 to follow his passion for real estate—and has been serving clients as a REALTOR® ever since.
He has a strong history of community involvement, including volunteering with the American Cancer Society—where he received a national award for his service—and the Kansas Neurological Institute. He has also been actively involved in leadership roles with the Sunflower Association of REALTORS®, including the Young Professionals Network, serving as Chair of the Community Relations Committee, and contributing to both the Finance and Executive Committees. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2021 and went on to serve as Treasurer in 2022, President-Elect in 2023, and President in 2024.
With a background rooted in customer service, Mark is committed to providing a smooth, seamless experience for his clients. He also brings personal experience in rental properties, investment properties, and flip homes. Mark enjoys meeting new people and sharing his knowledge of everything Topeka.
