Susan has dedicated over 30 years to serving youth and communities with experience in college admissions, teaching physical education, and counseling at various high schools, including Holton High School in Kansas for over 20 years.
Retiring from education in June 2020 and excited about using her talents in new ways, Susan seamlessly transitioned into real estate, joining the Sara Fox Team of Realtors. The idea of assisting people in finding their dream homes aligns perfectly with her natural inclination as a "helper." Her genuine commitment to helping others, honed over decades of community service, makes her an invaluable asset as a realtor.
As a devoted parent, she has spent countless hours supporting her children in sports and activities, while demonstrating her dedication to community involvement. Her volunteer work at the Heart of Jackson Humane Society with her children and memberships in professional and community organizations, such as the Kansas National Education Association and Holton National Education Association, further underscore her commitment to community welfare.
Married with two daughters, Susan's family ties and community engagement enrich her understanding of the diverse needs of homebuyers. She and her husband, Dan—an assistant course superintendent at Firekeeper Golf Course—are members of the Holton Evangel Church in Holton, KS.
