A 2021 University of Colorado, Colorado Springs graduate, Tracer majored in Sports Communications, graduating with a Bachelors of Communications. Tracer has acted as Promotions Intern with the Air Force Falcons Basketball & Volleyball Teams, represented Team USA Basketball Camps as support staff for NCAA Division 1 basketball recruits at the Olympic Center's USA Basketball program, worked as Trail Crew on UCCS campus and was Team Manager overlapping both the UCCS Basketball and Baseball programs.
When Covid shut down in-person classes and the Sports Industry, Tracer made the choice to finish his University requirements online and assist his family with two new lodging projects in Northeast Kansas. He placed both locations on the International map, managing property sites, marketing and promotions, introduction of a Farm to Table restaurant, intensive remodel, customer service and experience, and special events. He's been aired on a number of YouTube episodes such as The Paranormal Files and June 2022 Episode of Ghost Hunters on the Travel Channel, as well as hosting Celebrity events.
The home industry has been in Tracer's blood, five generations, but it goes deeper than that. His connection to community, specifically his fight for small business growth, his customer service care, and respect for the industry has been evident for years. Tracer stated, "We're excited for our new market expansion. This opportunity will provide our Team with enhanced resources, National connectivity for our clientele and industry, and provide our Sellers with a greater reach for selling potential."
And for fun? Those who know Tracer know his intense passion for the Sports Industry, big city lights, and music. But that's only second to his beautiful family, wife Kaylee and son Linkin. Tracer's family are members of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce and Compassion Christian Church in Savannah.
