I enjoy helping people find the home or property that fits their needs, wants, and budget. I take the time to understand what my clients are really looking for, keep communication open, and make the process as straightforward—and enjoyable—as possible.
Before real estate, I worked in construction and flipped houses, so I know there’s a lot more to a home than what you see in the listing photos. That hands-on experience allows me to bring an extra set of knowledgeable eyes to a property and help my clients identify potential concerns before inspection day.
Land is another area where my experience comes in handy. From determining whether acreage is suitable for building to dividing parcels and exploring agricultural or commercial possibilities, I enjoy helping clients understand the options and potential a piece of property may offer.
Outside of real estate, I’m a busy single dad. Family is a big priority for me, and it’s one of the reasons I understand just how important it is to find a place that truly works for the people who call it home.
